Kurt Shaw has been with Med-Lab for a total of 34 years. He has held many key roles during his long tenure with the company, working at various times as a Customer Service Engineer, Modality Specialist Engineer, Modality Manager and Field Service Manager prior to his current role as Director of Field Management.

What Kurt loves most about Med-Lab is the high level of support for the personal and professional growth of all team members. He also appreciates how enthusiastically the company embraces the constant changes and challenges of the Medical Imaging business to provide the best for its customers. Working through a challenging issue with a customer or colleague and finding a win-win solution is what he looks forward to the most each day.

Kurt has degrees in Electronics Technology and Biomedical Engineering and worked as a Biomedical Engineering Technician and Field Service Engineer for Medical/Industrial X-Ray systems during his early career. When he is not working, he enjoys travel, nature and spending time with family.
