Nupur Talwar has recently joined Med-Lab as the VP of Talent & Culture. Having worked for Fortune 100 companies such as Philip Morris and Barclays, she has over twenty years of experience in developing and engaging high performing teams.

Over her career, she has been a key stakeholder in defining corporate culture, implementing strategies to continually evolve, while helping to take companies from good to great in roles such as VP of Human Resources and SVP Human Capital. This includes implementing programs to develop leadership, build talent pipelines, succession plans and streamline daily human resource functions to optimize service delivery and the employee experience.

Nupur holds a Master of Leadership and Adult Learning from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. Multilingual in English and Hindi, she has worked internationally and with multinational companies.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time playing tennis, swimming and being a general fitness buff.
