Leadership Team

Gonzalo Diaz III has been with Med-Lab for a total of 13 years. He started with the company in 2003 as a Customer Service engineer and in 2007 he went to work directly with Siemens for six years, where he served in a number of management positions in their Mammography, Women’s Health and Molecular Imaging divisions. In 2013, Gonzalo returned to Med-Lab to as Vice President of Service, and soon after he was named CEO of the company.

Gonzalo believes deeply in Med-Lab’s family legacy and reputation. As CEO, he is proudly making his mark and positioning the company for many more years of success. His favorite part of the job is seeing others thrive, from the moment of inspiration to the satisfaction of seeing their vision come alive.

Gonzalo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, and when he’s not working, he is an avid reader. His two favorite books are The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, which follows one boy’s journey to discover what really matters in life, and John Irving’s A Prayer for Owen Meany, a novel that explores the power and value of both religion and spirituality.
